Mexico’s proposed higher mining royalties could block nearly $7bn in investments
The Mexican government proposed raising mining royalties under the argument that metal prices have risen in recent years.
Indochine Mining (ASX: IDC) has commenced the first phase of a drill programme of up to 10,000 metres at its Mt Kare gold/silver project in Papua New Guinea, designed to generate core for metallurgical test work. Mt Kare is potentially a two million ounce gold/silver deposit.

So, much about Indochine and Mt Kare Gold Development Project. I’m interested to know what’s happening to the Landowners 100% exclusive rights and ownership to the Small Mining Lease (SML-100) and the 10% equity Share of the Hard Rock Mining License (EL-1093). I’am mobilising a team of local Consultants from PNG to come up with a 10-15 Years Business Development Plan for the more than 69 Incorporated Land Groups of Mt Kare GDP. And, we are interested to do business with the Jewish business people and billionaires as they are God’s people and they will help us PNG and set us free from Slavery and Poverty as we had been doing business with Australians since independence, 36 years ago and they had been cheating us and robbing us so now we will go to the media and publicly calling for Jewish business companies to negotiate with us.
Also, my local team of Consultants will review the Oil and Gas Act on behalf of the landowners to ensure landowners participate effectively in the equity ownership and participation of all Oil and Gas development in this nation. Enough is Enough.
The government of PNG, and National Alliance, the current O’Neil/Namah government and the former Sir Michael Somare government and his NA party, I don’t think PNG needs them as they had to address all landowners issues properly before the 6.5 almost 7 million people of PNG go to the poll next year, 2012. We don’t need thieves and corrupt governments. Thankyou. Right now we don’t have a Prime Minister in PNG.

Breaking News………………
PNG is without a Prime Minister for more than three (3) hours……………..
Today the Supreme Court ruled that the O’Neil/Namah government illegal and soon after the Supreme Court ruling Parliament went ahead and voted him in as the Prime Minister 69 votes to nil. Opposition doesn’t have the number. Soon after they rushed the newly voted Prime Minister O’Neil to Government Haus for the Governor General, Sir Michael Ogio to swear him in as the Prime Minister, the police blocked the gate and would not allow Prime Minister O’Neil to enter Government Haus to be sworn in as Prime Minister of the country.
So, the nation of PNG is currently without a Prime Minister for more than three (3) hours now.
Obviously, they were two factions of Police siding with former Prime Minister, Grand Chief Sir Michael Somare and the newly elected Prime Minister Honourable Peter O’Neil.
The End………………………
