Filipino mining executives gunned down
The Gulf Times reports that two mining executives were shot dead on Friday while dining at a restaurant in Zamboanga City, Philippines.
A teenager was also wounded and is being treated at a hospital.
Police say the deceased are engineer Felipe Nepomuceno and resident manager Rommel Dayrit with Atro Mining, a company that recently inked a deal for mineral production in the same area they were eating.
