PotashCorp Announces Doubling of Dividend

Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. (PotashCorp) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved an increase of the company's quarterly cash dividend (from $0.07 per share to$0.14 per share), and declared a quarterly cash dividend of US $0.14 per common share payable May 3, 2012 to shareholders of record on April 12, 2012.

Golden Hope Mines Limited (TSX VENTURE: GNH, PINK SHEETS: GOLHF)is pleased to announce excellent gold recovery from preliminary metallurgical testwork at its Bellechasse-Timmins gold project in southeastern Quebec, Canada. Gold recovery using gravity separation ranged from 54% to an outstanding 92%, while total gold recovery ranged from 97% to more than 99%. The test work was completed on five (5) composite samples composited from drill core in its recent drill program.

Namibia Rare Earths announces resource drilling program and geophysical surveys underway at Lofdal

Namibia Rare Earths (TSX: NRE) is pleased to announce that a 6,000 meter diamond drilling program has started with two drill rigs focused on the delineation of a first mineral resource from Area 4 on the Lofdal Rare Earth Project in northwestern Namibia. Concurrent with the drilling program, an induced polarization geophysical survey will be undertaken over prospective extensions of the favourable heavy rare earth-enriched structure emanating from Area 4. The drilling program is scheduled to be completed by the end of April with delivery of the NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource report in the third quarter of 2012.

Phase 1 Drill Program at Tanoyan Gold Project Succesfully Completed

Reliance Resources Limited (TSX: RI) (the company) is pleased to announce a summary of its recently completed Phase 1 drilling program on the Tanoyan Gold Project, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The Tanoyan Gold Project consists of five principal vein systems, Sondana, Ramai, Talong, Modupola and Lingkobungon, which are predominantly orientated northeast to southwest and dip steeply to the northwest or southeast. Drilling to date has primarily focused on the Sondana and Modupola veins.

AuRico Gold Reports Preliminary Fourth Quarter Production Results

Verde Potash: Cerrado Verde Inferred Resource Estimation Expanded 100% to 2.68 Billion Tonnes at 8.8% K2O

Verde Potash Plc (TSX-V:NPK) ("Verde" or the "Company") is pleased to announce an expansion as a result of further drilling, to the resource estimate for the Cerrado Verde Potash Project located in Minas Gerais State, Brazil ("Cerrado Verde"). The estimate comprises an indicated resource of 74 million tonnes with an average grade of 9.22% K2O and an inferred resource of 2.68 billion tonnes with an average grade of 8.88% K2O (applying a 7.5% K2O cut-off).
