A new catalyst has proven to be efficient for the oxygen evolution reaction — a component of the water-splitting process that produces hydrogen for fuel cells.
The attack was reportedly carried out by the same ransomware group responsible for prior attacks on Sobeys and Yellow Pages Canada, according reports by The Toronto Star.
