Silver Wheaton produced over 130,000 ounces of gold in the first half of 2016 – substantially more than the first half of 2015 at 103,700 ounces and almost twice the first half of 2014 production of 66,600 ounces.

The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to repay a portion of the debt that was drawn on the Company’s US$2 billion revolving credit facility (the “Revolving Facility”) in November 2015 for the US$900 million purchase of the silver stream on the Antamina mine in Peru.

Silver Wheaton will receive 50% of the life of mine gold production from Constancia.
