In response to the need for more industry mentoring, we have launched the first International Women in Resources Mentorship Programme (IWRMP).

Celebrating women’s contribution to the mining industry through a diverse lens is the aim of the International Women in Mining (IWiM) photo competition.

75 participating countries, 200 companies, 200 presenters, 3,000 attendees… and fewer than 15 women invited to speak at Mines and Money London 2014. About time for a change – don’t you think?
