Five people were killed on late Saturday afternoon when a shaft collapsed at a coal mine in southwest China, state-run media reported on Sunday. Two others were injured. The accident happened at around 3.20 p.m. local time.
More than 20 silver coins of the early 20th century, with images of King Edward VII and George V, were unearthed in northern Tripura Monday, a senior India government official said. They will be handed over to the state government.
