- In July, 2010 the company completed a private placement with Goldcorp Inc for 19.05 million common shares of the company at a price of $0.82 per share for proceeds of $15.62 million. We believe, the private placement shows Goldcorp’s confidence in the company’s projects and development programs.
- Drilling at Rattlesnake Hills continues to confirm the presence of a core of higher grade mineralization while also extending higher grade mineralization and halo mineralization along strike and to depth.
