Energy Skills Queensland Offers Course for Fraser Coast’s Indigenous Job Seekers

As reported on the Fraser Coast Chronicle, a new 10-week course for Fraser Coast’s indigenous job seekers will be offered by Energy Skills Queensland (ESQ) to help them find a job in the resources sector. The federally funded training aims at teaching job skills and attendees of the course will receive a Certificate II in Hospitality.

“Essentially, we want to allow participants to gain life and personal skills that will help them achieve ongoing career development opportunities both locally and in the surrounding booming Surat, Bowen and Galilee Basins,” ESQ project coordinator Tracey Smith said.
