Dia Bras says Chihuahua state rules in its favour

TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – Nov. 11, 2011) – Dia Bras Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DIB) is pleased to report that it has received a favorable legal ruling on its flagship Mexican property, the Bolivar property of SW Chihuahua.

On October 28, 2011, the 8th Civil Court of the Judicial District of Morelos in Chihuahua, issued a verdict that absolves Dia Bras Mexicana, S.A. de C.V., and Dia Bras Exploration Inc., from the claims brought against them by Polo y Ron Minerales S.A. de C.V., because Polo y Ron did not prove any of its claims.
