Convention attendance is soft

Like the PDAC’s experience earlier this month, the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration reported a drop in attendance at its annual event, too.

The SME’s meeting and exhibition attendance, held in Salt Lake City in February, dropped 7% compared to the Denver event a year ago.
