Solaris exits Canada for Switzerland with new CEO, board and spin-out plans
The company changed its board of directors and plans to spin out non-core assets La Verde, Capricho, and Paco Orco into a new company.
Coal India Ltd is in advanced stages to acquire a 30% stake in an Indonesia coal firm. Mr NC Jha chairman of Coal India said that the company has sought the government’s permission to go ahead with the deal, without revealing the target entity.
