Solaris exits Canada for Switzerland with new CEO, board and spin-out plans
The company changed its board of directors and plans to spin out non-core assets La Verde, Capricho, and Paco Orco into a new company.
According to statistics from China Iron and Steel Association, daily crude steel production of its members hit 1.5026 million tonnes in late November 2011. Daily output of the whole country is estimated to reach 1.6852 million tonnes an increase of 1.3%.
