Dixie Gold and Red Lake Gold named parties in a statement of claim for $92 million for a cancelled exploration earn-in option on each of the companies’ respective exploration projects.

The mine is currently Nexa’s largest investment in Brazil and one of the few zinc projects in the world.

The first pour consisted of 312 kg of doré with approximately 9,200 oz. of silver and 100 oz. of gold.

In an effort to restart the operation, the company has been mining ore at Beaufor over the past few months.
