Chile aims to be among world’s top three cobalt producers

In the second half of 2022, the Skeena team confirmed the exploration potential of Eskay Creek with the expansions of its 21A, 22 and 23 zones, plus the discovery of new high-grade mineralization.

The gold project includes 160 contiguous mining claims covering 1,176 hectares in Mohave County, Arizona.

LC23-51 intersected two lithium pegmatites zones including a 10-metre-wide section of 1.03% lithium oxide at 118 metres drilled depth.  

According to Mining Intelligence data, there are 409 active lithium projects in Canada.

This marks the first time in over 40 years that there has been land access to the mine site.

More than 100 of the holes cut grades above the 0.4-gram-gold-per-tonne cutoff.

Prefeasibility study on the project in southwest Ecuador substantially improves the economic metrics and positions it as a prime development candidate.

The company reported the highest primary intercept of 802 ppm over 18.6 metres in hole 018.

The latest results yield a weighted average grade of 1.57 grams gold per tonne over an average width of 44.2 metres.
