Warintza South is the fourth major copper discovery within the 7 km x 5 km porphyry cluster on the Warintza property.

Wheaton will provide a total of $180.5 million under terms of a metals streaming deal, and Trafigura will provide $55 million under terms of an offtake financing agreement.

The Pitarrilla project, 160 km north of the city of Durango, has measured and indicated resources of 164.7 million tonnes grading 99.1 grams silver per tonne.

The project is expected to produce over 1 million gold-equivalent oz. over a 10.4-year mine life, mining 37.8 million tonnes of mineralized material.

The Zacatecas Silver property is located within the Fresnillo Silver Belt, which has produced over 6.2 billion ounces of silver.
