Indian captive power plants running at half capacity due to coal shortage
The Indian Captive Power Producers Association denounced that most of its member companies are getting half of the coal they need from state-owned Coal India.
“I care about the environment and social issues as much as any of those people that sometimes are opposing mining projects because I think there is a tremendous contribution that this industry can make.”
