Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE:BRG) announced today it is amending certain terms of the consideration to be paid in connection with the acquisition of Mozambique Gold Corp. The consideration previously announced in the press release dated March 29, 2012 was the payment of $325,000 in cash and issuance of 7.5 million Special Warrants having a 2 year term and exercisable at $0.05 per share. The amended consideration is now limited to the payment of $325,000 in cash.
