Breaking open the inside of a comet

The European Space Agency announced on Monday that its probe Rosetta will attempt to land on comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko this November.
The attempted landing will be tricky. There is negligible gravity, the surface is hard and the comet is travelling at 55,000 kilometres per hour.
