Mr. Chang has an extensive career of over twenty years in financial management in both industry and public accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
Initially with Ultramar and later with a subsidiary of Exxon, Mr. Chang gained more than ten years of management experience in the oil and gas industry. His tenure in this sector included durations in internal audit, corporate taxation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, automotive sales, marketing and distribution, planning and analysis, and industrial and wholesale.
