Agnico Eagle expands stake in First Nordic to 13%
First Nordic is finalizing its acquisition of the Oijärvi gold project in Finland.
The copper miner says Marcelo Awad had resigned with immediate effect and will be temporarily replaced by chairman Jean-Paul Luksic until a successor is appointed.
