American coal miner dies in power shovel crash

Jacob Dowdy of Upton, Wyoming, 24, lost his life when a power shovel crashed into two pickup trucks at coal mine site very early on Friday morning.

Early reports claim that the shovel was moving up a ramp at an Arch Coal Inc. mine in Northeast Wyoming when it began to roll backwards and into the trucks.
