Red Canyon drilling confirms Kendal copper-moly discovery in British Columbia
Red Canyon acquired the Kendal project in 2022 as part of its focus on copper porphyry systems within North America’s top copper districts.
Alaska Dispatch has published an interactive map plotting Alaska’s operating mines, active prospects and abandoned prospects.
Assembled by Ground-Truth Trekking, the map allows the user to click on one of the state’s 75 mineral prospects, which brings up a box of key facts including metals, size and corporations involved.
The couple that founded Ground-Truth Trekking, a lifestyle blog centred around foot and paddle treks, “said the map project was started to end the mystery for villagers who sometimes were left wondering why helicopters whoop-whooped overhead,” Alaska Dispatch reports.
