Moscow, August 8, 2016 – Anton Siluanov, Finance Minister of the Russian Federation has been reelected as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PJSC ALROSA, the world leader in diamond mining.
On June 30th 2016 the Annual General Meeting of ALROSA’s Shareholders has elected the new Supervisory Board of the Company. On August 5th the Chairman of ALROSA’s Supervisory Board, the First Vice Chairman and the Vice Chairman were elected.
After a vote, Anton Siluanov, Finance Minister of the Russian Federation, was reelected as the Chairman of ALROSA’s Supervisory Board.
Yegor Borisov, Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), was reelected as the First Vice Chairman and Alexander Galushka, Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East, was confirmed to continue as the Vice Chairman.
