A TEC provides know-how for cement plant erection in Angola

A TEC supports Nova Cimangola during the construction of a greenfield cement plant “Nova Cimangola 2” project as EPCM (Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management) partner. Since preparing the tender A TEC coordinates all aspects and supervises the erection. Up to five A TEC employees are continuously on site over the entire 30-month construction period. They monitor the establishment technically and ensure that both the schedule and the technical specifications are adhered to. A TEC optimizes the construction process with an eye for detail and an understanding of the whole. In addition A TEC employees lead a supplier quality assurance and ensure a smooth process. The plant, which will have a capacity to produce two million tons of cement per year, will be finished by the beginning of 2017.

As a EPCM partner A TEC takes care of all project activities in close cooperation with customer work groups – from the entire planning to the point of erection.
