Turner & Townsend, the global programme management and construction consultancy, has been appointed to provide cost estimating, project support and consultancy services for the largest floating liquefied natural (FLNG) gas project in Africa – part of the LNG/FLNG Mozambique project, by

Italian multinational oil and gas company Eni.
The work is expected to continue throughout 2015 and beyond. The project will draw upon expertise from Turner & Townsend’s offices in Edinburgh, Houston, Kuala Lumpur, London and Rijswijk.
Turner & Townsend boasts extensive global experience in this field, working on eight out of the 11 LNG plants currently under construction worldwide and providing services to seven floating LNG projects to date. Having worked with the Italian oil and gas company in Indonesia in 2013, this appointment further strengthens the consultancy’s relationship as a global services provider to Eni.
The consultancy’s growing global footprint enables them to continue to provide bespoke support to a company at the forefront of the production and transportation of natural gas, as they cement their position as a leading service provider in this specialised sector.
