The realisation of the technical databook is a result of the increasing demand of our customers and end-users of Magna tyres for a reference guide with detailed product specifications. With the launch of an official databook, Magna Tyres directly replies on one of the few points of improvement from the annual customer satisfaction survey.
Although several tyre manufacturers offer a comparable technical catalogue, Magna Tyres had the ambition to publish a unique edition. The Magna Tyres Technical Databook 2014 not only includes the technical specifications of the whole Magna OTR product range, but also the specifications of Magna port handling tyres and industrial solid tyres. The catalogue also includes specific information about appropriate transport and storage of OTR tyres, technical information about rims, mounting instructions, safety instructions and other practical recommendations. There is a focus on use and maintenance of tyres for mining applications, with chapters dedicated to site management, special tread compounds and TKPH measurements.
