Despite all the attention fracking and North Dakota gets, it’s still ranked only number four on a list America’s richest oil states.

    What I would like to know is, why the hell does Canada not have a refine it in Canada policy? Maybe it is because we have let companies other than Canadian Own our resources. Really pitiful don’t you think
