Imerys SA’s (EPA:NK) TIMCAL Graphite & Carbon has suspended production at its Lac des Iles graphite mine in Quebec, Canada.
TIMCAL senior vice president of sales and marketing, Fabrizio Corti, confirmed the stoppage with Industrial Minerals on Monday:
“We have suspended mining owing to high inventory levels, but we are continuing with our processing activities and to supply our customers.”
