ArcelorMittal blames EU policy gaps for green plans delay

Bitcoin, the encrypted virtual currency that began in 2009 and reached $1 billion in total value last week, continues to attract headlines as a social media user who goes by the handle of “The Bitcoin Billionaire” has been giving away over $13,000 worth of the cyber money to complete strangers.
Business Insider reports the person has been tipping Reddit users in the last few hours with extremely generous amounts of Bitcoins:
