Multicrete Systems Inc. becomes an Authorized Distributor for the MINEPRO-Langford Grout Mixer/Pump series equipment.

Multicrete Systems Inc. is pleased to announce that it has become an Authorized Distributor for the MINEPRO-Langford Grout Mixer/Pump series which rounds out its extensive grouting equipment solution options.

MINEPRO grout mixer/pumps are designed specifically for the mining industry. MINEPRO pumps are used extensively for cable bolt grouting and will outperform all other existing grout pumps. They will allow the mines to install high quality, grouted cable bolts at a much lower cost than other pumps.

The MINEPRO line of pumps will last for years if they are properly maintained. The maintenance and cleaning procedures are the simplest of any mixer/pump on the market and can easily be carried out by the operator.

MINEPRO pumps can be mounted on skids, wheels, or a customized package. Dimensions and weight of the unit will vary depending on the requirements of the end-user.

All of the MINEPRO pumps are capable of mixing and pumping a 0.3:1 water:cement ratio (by weight) grout using six (6) litres of water for each 20 kg bag of Portland cement.

The MINEPRO series of mixer/pumps incorporate the following features to enable them to outperform and outlast the competition.

1. Grout Mixing

High Density – High density grout may expand when cured to produce better bonding.

Shear Mix – A shear mix allows a higher density grout to be pumped longer distances through small openings.

Thixotropic – Only flows when being pumped.

2. Ease of Operation – Only two controls on most units.

3. Ease of Cleaning – Unique system allows dismantling of all components that come into contact with grout without the use of tools. Many components are rubberized to assist in clean up.

4. Ease of Repairs – When required, most repairs can be done by operator.

5. Low Maintenance – Only one filter to change, with visual indicator to advise when necessary. (Applies to hydraulic powered units only.)

6. Power Supply – Most models can be supplied with one of the following power sources: Air/Hydraulic,

Diesel/Hydraulic, Electric/Hydraulic, Host Vehicle/Hydraulic or Air/Mechanical.
