RPA Announces Executive Management Appointments

Toronto, Ontario (January 11, 2013) – RPA is pleased to announce the following executive appointments.

Dr. William Roscoe is appointed Chairman Emeritus. As a co-founder of the company in 1985, Bill Roscoe has been a consistent and steady hand in guiding the growth of RPA. Through his efforts, RPA has become an industry leader in consulting and has established high standards for quality and independence. In his new role, Bill will continue to lead RPA’s valuation practice and provide leadership and mentoring for mineral resource estimation and due diligence.

Graham Clow is appointed Chairman of the Board of RPA and subsidiaries. He joined RPA in 2002 and has been President and CEO since 2006. As well as regular consulting work and business development, Graham will continue to be responsible for the commercial side of the business and overall strategic development of RPA and its staff.

Deborah McCombe is appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. She joined RPA in 2007 as Vice President and more recently has been Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Deborah will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of RPA. In particular, she will continue to focus very strongly on business development and marketing, promoting the RPA brand of quality and independence worldwide.

Richard J. Lambert is appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and President, RPA (USA). Rick joined RPA in 2008 as Vice President. He opened the Denver office in 2009 and has been responsible for development of technical staff throughout RPA. Rick will work closely with Mrs. McCombe in the overall operation of RPA with particular emphasis on maintaining technical quality and standards.
