New CFO and Vice President of Sales hired at Ludman Industries

October 8, 2012,  Milwaukee, WI — Ludman Industries, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is proud to announce the addition of two key personnel to their management team, Alan Severns as Vice President of Sales and Jeff Butcher as Chief Financial Officer of Ludman Industries.

Jeff Butcher will be named chief financial officer responsible for the total financial direction of Ludman Industries and all of its wholly owned subsidiaries. Most recently, Butcher served as vice president and chief operating officer of H. Kubenik Mechanical, Inc. an Industrial Metal Contracting firm. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and over 18 years of experience, and brings a wide range of experience and education to the financial operations of Ludman Industries.

Alan Severns has been hired as the Vice President of Sales. Alan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology with Fluid Powers specialty form MSOE and over 20 years of experience in the Sales and engineering field. Prior to joining the Ludman sales team, Alan has worked for Price Engineering as chief engineer, electro-hydraulics where his focus was on large mining OEM’s, automation control systems for enhanced operator control and increased production efficiency as well as strategic sales support.

In addition, Ludman Industries is restructuring its management team naming Richard Horsfield as Executive Vice President overseeing the all sales, engineering, operations and marketing procedures.  James Q. Adams has been appointed to the role of Global Sales & Marketing Manager.
