Santacruz Silver Mining reports fatality at Tres Amigos mine in Bolivia
Tres Amigos mine, a part of the Caballo Blanco Group of mines, has resumed operations after it was shut down following the incident.
Chile’s copper production rose 7.8% YoY in August to 462,643 tonnes. Chile, the world’s largerst copper producer, produced 414,339 tonnes of copper in July, corresponding to a 9.8% YoY increase but an 8.5% MoM decrease.
