Portugal’s mining strategy may favour copper over lithium
Portugal already has the largest copper mine in the European Union, operated by Lundin Mining.
MINExpo INTERNATIONAL® 2012 will break all previous records for size. Exhibits showcasing the full range of mining products, services and technologies will occupy more than 850,000 ft2 of floor space. The show will fill all of North Hall, Central Hall, the outdoor Silver Lot, and for the first time ever, MINExpo will be in halls 3 and 4 of the South Building.
