Woulfe Mining strategic agreement update

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwire – June 29, 2012) – Woulfe Mining Corp. (“Woulfe” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:WOF)(OTCQX:WFEMF)(FRANKFURT:OZ4) would like to clarify that there is no extra 60 days in the deal with our strategic partner and it is on track, moving forward under the terms outlined in the agreement announced on February 28th, 2012.
