German Chancellor defends planned lithium deal with Serbia
Mercedes-Benz and Stellantis are currently in discussions with Serbia’s government to invest in the country.
Ludman Industries, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin acquired Northern Machine and Technologies of Wabeno, WI., a former division of the Cudahy based American Welding and Manufacturing. The new name of the division will be known as Northern Machine and Engineering.
The personnel and equipment will be relocated into the Ludman manufacturing plant in Milwaukee.
Ludman also has a contract division to manufacture OEM parts for customers in the greater Midwest.
“The addition of Northern Machine will complement our high quality contract machining division and increase our capabilities for our broad base of customers” said James Lenahan, President & CEO of Ludman Industries.
