Metals developer Finders Resources Limited (ASX:FND) announced it has started a strategic evaluation of its alternatives for the Ojolali gold-silver project, in Sumatra.
Finders has appointed Octa Phillip Financial Group to assist with the project, which the Board believes “has considerable value and upside not currently reflected in the Finders share price.”
Finders is considering options to accelerate the development of the project.
The Ojolali project is an advanced gold‐silver prospect covering a 13km2 system with numerous shoots in Lampung Province of southern Sumatra. Ojolali lies within the highly productive Sumatran Gold Belt, which includes Martarbe (+3.7 moz), Lebong Donok (1.5 moz), Lebong Tandai (1.3 moz), Pongkor (3 moz) and Way Linggo deposits (0.25 moz).
The Board will provide an update when an appropriate course of action has been approved.
