Zijin Mining to take 9.9% stake in Montage Gold
As part of the deal, the Lundin Family Trust also agreed increase its stake in the company from 17.7% to 19.9%.
MONTREAL, Jan. 29, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ – Rio Tinto Alcan confirms an employee has succumbed to their injuries following an incident on the Roberval-Saguenay railway in Quebec. Rio Tinto Alcan, the CSST, the Sûreté du Québec, and the Ministère des Transports du Québec are conducting investigations to determine the cause of the incident. Rio Tinto Alcan will fully cooperate with the authorities. Rio Tinto Alcan has suspended operations on the Roberval-Saguenay railway until further notice.
