Galp drops plans to build Aurora lithium refinery in Portugal
Galp was left alone in early 2024, when Northvolt said it would not invest in the 50-50 joint venture set up in November 2021.
Rodinia Lithium Inc. announced the results of the Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) completed on its 100% owned Salar de Diablillos lithium brine project located in Salta Province, Argentina; a production of 15,000 tonnes lithium carbonate per year and approximately 51,000 tonnes of KCl per year is outlined, projecting a 34% internal rate of return pre-tax and a US$561 million pre-tax net present value at an 8% discount rate.
