University College London (OCL) in Adelaide, in partnership with BHP, has launched a $2 million program to create scholarships for energy and resources masters and PhD programs, reports Adelaide Now.
UCL chief executive David Travers said UCL had been working with BHP uranium president Dean Dalla Valle to identify relevant research areas for students. “The new scholarships will attract the best students seeking to get into the burgeoning mining and energy sector from both Australia and overseas,” Mr Travers said.
