Santacruz Silver Mining reports fatality at Tres Amigos mine in Bolivia
Tres Amigos mine, a part of the Caballo Blanco Group of mines, has resumed operations after it was shut down following the incident.

This is so obvious that it make no sense to explain it.
The underlying issue for investors is not so much whether the value of a company will increase as it moves along the developments stages, but whether the particular company has the capabilities to do so in a cost efficient (high margin) way.
