Norilsk sells 136,400 tonnes of nickel

China's primary aluminum smelters are producing record amounts of metal and the domestic market surplus is spilling out of the country.

The Greenland deposit is the largest known REE project in the world.

The project is also being supported Tennessee's Nuclear Energy Fund, which has about $60 million in approved funding.

China's CBC, Italy's Protecno, France's Eramet and Australia's Eau Lithium have made it to the second round of the tender.
