Rio Tinto ready to build Simandou after almost 30 years of setbacks

Wabtec Corporation (NYSE: WAB) has signed a $21 million contract with Rio Tinto, a leading international mining company, to provide electronically controlled pneumatic (ECP) braking equipment for a portion of the company’s freight cars and locomotives in Australia.
