making it eligible for purchase and integration into projects funded through both the USDA Broadband Loan Program as well as the Rural Utilities Service (RUS) Recovery Act Broadband Program.

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) allocated $2.5 billion to the USDA to provide broadband in unserved and underserved communities throughout the United States. ARRA’s aim is to facilitate broadband deployment in rural America, specifically Last Mile rural projects.
