Portugal’s mining strategy may favour copper over lithium
Portugal already has the largest copper mine in the European Union, operated by Lundin Mining.
Russia said on Friday it had increased export quotas for mineral fertilisers by nearly 500,000 tonnes, and that the quotas would be valid until May 31.
