Very interesting though the 25 million tonnes of steel product produced each year may be on the low side given annual crude poured is about +1.4 billion tonnes now, with China at ~0.74 bt in 2013, up from ~0.718 bt in 2012 and! ~0.19 bt in 2001…. Recycled into 25 mt appears low as what % is EAF?
